Meet the Voice Behind Rooted Relations

Hi, I’m Madyson Eliza Hurst — the founder and voice behind Rooted Relations.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Communications from Sam Houston State University, with an emphasis in agribusiness. My education, combined with a lifelong connection to ranching heritage and rural communities, shaped both my perspective and my passion for strategic communication.

Raised on Texas soil and grounded in values of hard work, stewardship, and community, I developed an early appreciation for the industries and individuals who sustain and strengthen the places we call home.

Over time, that appreciation evolved into a calling — helping purpose-driven organizations and businesses communicate clearly, confidently, and with integrity.

Rooted Relations was created to elevate meaningful work. While my foundation is in agriculture, today I partner with conservation districts, lifestyle brands, creatives, hospitality groups, and community-focused businesses who steward something that matters.

Whether shaping a communications strategy, refining a brand identity, or crafting a narrative, I believe strong brands are cultivated — not forced.

Recently married to my best friend, I’m building a life rooted in faith, family, and work that reflects our values. That grounding influences every project I take on.

Because the strongest connections are built when we stay rooted in our purpose.
